2/18/12: NKYA News........To All of Our NKYA Families, Business Acquaintances, and Others: Just a short message about our Post Office box, if you received any mail back from us, we sincerely apologize, apparently there was some confusion with the Postal Service in regards to our box. We still have the same PO Box, and have not stopped servicing the youth of Northern Kentucky. The problem has been resolved and business continues as always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email an administrator and they will get back with you in a timely fashion. Again, our sincerest apologies for this confusion and mishap, we want to thank you for your continued support of Northern Kentucky Youth Association.

2/8/12: Baseball/Softball News.......

Attention NKYA family's

  1. Practice nights and times will be selected by the head coach at our first coaches meeting on March 3rd.
  2. Team rosters will be given to all head coaches on March 24th. Coaches will be expected to call all players within one week from this date.
  3. Practice will start the first week of April (weather permitting)
  4. Games will start the 1st week of May (weather permitting) and will last through the end of June
  5. All tournament games along with NKYA family fun day will be held in the middle of July, date has not be selected yet.

SIGNUP PERIOD RUNS FROM 1/7/2012 TO 3/3/2012 

LATE REGISTRATION PERIOD FROM 3/4/2012-3/10/2012 ($10 LATE FEE WILL APPLY)

----- NKYA will be holding baseball & softball sign-ups at Dicks Sporting Goods in Florence on the following dates: 

 NKYA is proud to announce that we will be heading in a new direction for the 2012 season. We have a new head administrator in place, and a supporting staff that knows changes need to be made. Amongst those changes are:

We are currently taking registrations are for the upcoming 2012 Baseball/Softball season, and will run through March 3rd.

Registrations are accepted online, at Midwest Hoops (located off KY18 between Remke’s and Boone County High School), and at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Florence (please check back here for the dates). Late registrations will be accepted between March 4th and March 10th, but a $10 late fee will be applied. 

Practices will start the first week of April with the games beginning the first weekend in May.

The costs are as follows: - $65 for tee-ball and coach pitch - $85 for u9 (machine pitch), u11, u13, and u15

1/2/12: Basket Ball News........

We are pushing the start of the season to start on 1/14/2012 because Midwest has a tournament on the weekend of 1/7/12 &   1/8/12 and registrations were low. We are now getting more in now. We are still taking registration until the season starts. We will add players to teams as the come in.
